About Peery Enterprises, LP

Peery Enterprises, LP actually started in 1986 as Bruce Peery Company and Dickson Realty. My father, Bruce Peery, saw a future in Dickson with Real Estate. He was always a man of integrity and a heart of gold. Wanting to help those who had less than perfect credit by owner financing the real estate sold. After his passing, this is still something our family offers to our customers and will do even without a credit check.

In 1991 he began Crossroads Village Mobile Home Park, to later include Crossroads Storage Units. In 1994 we combined all of these under the name Peery Enterprises, LP. Our company now consists, of real estate sales of our own property, which includes the opportunity for owner financing if needed. We have 403 storage unit rentals with 24/7 access and a mobile home park with reasonable lot rent and utility hook ups. The park consists of mobile homes of our own, investors, and individual homeowners.

WHO WE ARE:

Emma Gene Clement Peery, Owner

Gene worked alongside her late husband Bruce in building Peery Enterprises and she is still active in the business.

B.Y. Peery II, General Manager

B.Y. is the General Manager of the family business and oversees the daily operations of the mobile home park, the storage units and several other businesses’s which includes real estate properties with owner financing. For many years B.Y. worked with his Dad in developing and selling real estate, and helping to build what is now Peery Enterprises, LP.

Laurie Hill, Executive Assistant

You will find Laurie assisting B.Y. with real estate sales and daily operations by greeting our customers and handling their needs whether it is real estate, storage unit rental, or mobile home park residency.
